At Latitude Counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate therapy services to individuals and families struggling with life challenges. My goal is to empower clients to achieve their goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

My Approach
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-most counseling technique. Treatment should be tailored to each client's goals and feedback. I continue to study rising counseling techniques, which I weave in to treatment plans with cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy.
Counseling sessions can be done with children, individual adults, or we can do family counseling.

Private practice was always a dream of hers, but it became a reality as more and more children she counseled grew into adults and were no longer eligible for services at the CAC. She saw a need for continued therapy and services for children, teens, and parents. Families need someone they can trust with their children, who understands trauma, and understands the legal system as it pertains to child abuse and neglect.
